Inal-Ipa the son of Astamur Saat-bey was a distinctive and prominent person in his epoch. From 1909 he became a full member of the Sokhumi branch of the Georgian Literacy Society. He fell in love with the only daughter of noble George Chichua, Nino (Nutsa) Chichua (1889-1975). The future father in law was a prominent philanthropist, actively involved in public activities and an authoritative person. Giorgi Chichua's mother belonged to the Anchabadze family, so she had a big extended family in Abkhazia. When Astamur Inal-Ipa went to Giorgi Chachua to propose Nutsa, he was accompanies by Alexander and Ivane Sharvashidzes. They say that the Nobleman then said: "I can not upset the Abkhazian kinship even for the sake of my Nutsa."

The wedding of Nutsa and Astamuri in the village of Uplkari (New Senaki) traditionally lasted several days. They said that 100 bulls were slaughtered for the festive table. The son-in-law presented the bride with beautiful jewelry. It was long remembered the Russian and gypsy romances performed by Nutsa Chichua and Kakucha Cholokashvili at the wedding.

Unfortunately, the happiness of Astamur Inal-Ifa and Nutsa Chichua did not last long. In February-March 1921, after the occupation of the Democratic Republic of Georgia, the Bolsheviks who came to power began mass repressions. Soviet authorities shot Astamur Inal-ifa in Batumi in 1924. His tortured body was placed in a frozen fish barrel. Later at the risk of their life Gujuj Margania, Davit Mkheidze and Varlam Chikovani took his fragmented corpse to Ochamchire, where he was buried in an ancestral crypt. In the same year, the mourning Nutsa Chichua was forced to leave Abkhazia. Before leaving her home, she wasted her jewelry gifted by her husband at the wedding to the waves of the Black Sea. After a while, in 1924, 86-year-old Giorgi Chichua was also shot.
